We design year-round, semester-based, and shorter-duration educational programs that include workshops on entrepreneurship and innovation, catering to high schools/colleges, vocational high schools, vocational colleges, universities, and university MBA programs.

Startup School for Companies

To promote corporate entrepreneurship and innovation, we provide practical training programs consisting of both theory and practice, designed for employees of SMEs, large enterprises, and organizations of all sizes. These programs are based on a New Generation HR Approach with two main pillars: "people and culture." Through these programs, we instill new-generation competencies focused on innovation and entrepreneurship.

Through our inclusive mini-accelerator programs and "demodays" where top management participation is encouraged, we take significant steps with your company to ensure innovation and entrepreneurship become an embedded culture, internalized by employees and embraced as a new way of working by the management.

Individual Startup School

With our program designed optimally for employees, students, and aspiring entrepreneurs, we guide you step-by-step from idea to paper MVP and investor pitch preparation within 3 months. Upon graduation, you become part of our alumni network. Innotalent+ Startup Studio may invite Startup School graduates to its Acceleration Program. Potential entrepreneurs who decide to continue their entrepreneurial journey with Startup Studio have the opportunity to be matched with a sponsor company.
