Our experience has shown us that business-focused R&D, financial management, and risk management (execution) are as vital as technology-focused R&D.
Today, HR is addressed under two headings: people and culture. With our applied training programs within the framework of our "Startup School" service, we touch on the human element. Additionally, through our "(Corporate) Startup Studio," Incubation, and (Pre-)Acceleration services, we take the necessary steps to ensure that these new-generation competencies become embedded in the organizational culture. Under the umbrella of "Startup School," we design programs that prepare high school, vocational high school, vocational college, and university students for the new economy.
