Esra Orçunus

Esra Orçunus graduated from Marmara University's German Business Informatics department in 1997 and started her career at Siemens Turkey the same year. After 20 years of experience in specialist and managerial positions in various departments of Siemens, she was appointed as the Finance Director of Jungheinrich Turkey in 2018. In 2020, she joined Schindler Turkey as CFO and contributed to the organization until July 2023. After 25 years of professional experience, she founded Prospertha Consulting to transfer her experience to individuals and companies seeking development and immediately joined Innotalent+ as a Business Partner.

Her management style has always been to ensure that the organizations she serves have a strong future that is financially and structurally sustainable, to be passed on to future generations; with this approach, she has led the improvement and development of existing processes, the establishment of the corporate structure, and the creation of learning, researching, questioning, and dynamic organizational units in every role she has undertaken.
 

Esra has extensive experience in a wide range of areas, including building trust-based relationships with global and local partners, strategy development, target setting and realization, board membership, short-medium and long-term budgeting, budget revision, new organization establishment, reorganization of organizations, hundreds of candidate interviews, employee performance monitoring and development, improvement of cash flow and working capital, management of domestic and international projects, more than 60 audits (tax, customs, process, quality) with internal and external organizations, more than 20 process automation and ERP projects, mainly SAP program, operational and strategic purchasing, supplier management, development and auditing, warehouse management and outsourcing, domestic and international logistics processes including import, company acquisition, merger and demerger, compliance with legislation, code of ethics- fraud-abuse audits, documentation and design of processes.
 

In addition to numerous leadership and personal development programs she has participated in throughout her business life, Esra Orçunus, who has certificates in Board Membership Mentorship, SIX SIGMA Green Belt, Holistic Schema Coaching, Company Valuation and Family Constitution Preparation, mentors start-ups at İTÜ Çekirdek. She has also been selected as a mentor for the "Mentor to a Million Women" program, which supports women entrepreneurs within the Binbir Yaprak Platform.
