Our business partner, Esra Orçunus, was a judge at the Hult Prize Turkey final.
The HULT PRIZE Turkey final competition, known as the “Nobel Prize of Students” and attended by thousands of students from universities around the world every year, was held at Davutpaşa Campus under the organization of Yıldız Technical University Spark Club. Our Business Partner Esra Orçunus was among the jury members of this year’s HULT PRIZE, which is a competition that takes one of the 17 Sustainability Development Goals of the United Nations as its theme and seeks solutions to this goal throughout the year through entrepreneurial ideas created by university students.
The first prize of the competition was won by the initiative called “Gözkırp”, which allows paralyzed individuals who cannot communicate by speaking or body movements to express their wishes by transferring them to the application with a glasses design compatible with blinking behavior, and was entitled to participate in the regional competition of HULT PRIZE. We wish Gözkırp success in the next stages of the competition, where 1 Million Dollars will be donated to the world champion.
